Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 29, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how AIPhotogen ("AIPhotogen," "we," "us," or "our") handles information when you use aiphotogenerators.net and its AI image generation and editing features.

1. Information we collect

  • Account information. If you sign in with Google, we receive the Google account identifier and profile information included in the sign-in token, such as your email address, name, and profile image.
  • Content and task information. We process prompts, uploaded source images, selected models and settings, generated outputs, and task status information needed to provide the service.
  • Account and gallery activity. We store credit balances, generation history, and whether you choose to publish or remove an output from the Community Gallery.
  • Payment information. Our payment provider processes checkout details. We receive transaction identifiers, product, amount, currency, and payment or refund status, but we do not receive or store complete payment-card numbers.
  • Technical information. We may process IP address, browser and device information, request metadata, security logs, and local browser identifiers needed for guest credits, authentication, reliability, and abuse prevention.

2. How we use information

We use information to authenticate users, generate and store images, maintain histories and credit balances, process purchases and refunds, operate optional gallery publishing, secure and troubleshoot the service, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, and communicate about support or material service changes.

3. AI content processing

Prompts and source images are sent to our image-processing provider to complete the generation or editing task you request. AIPhotogen does not intentionally store a separate copy of an uploaded source image after it has been submitted for task processing, but the image provider and hosting infrastructure may process transient copies and logs under their own terms and retention practices. Generated outputs and related task records may be stored so that the service can show your history and deliver downloads.

4. Service providers and disclosures

We disclose information only as needed to operate the service, comply with law, protect users, or complete a transaction. Core providers currently include:

  • Google for Google Identity Services authentication;
  • JuAPI for AI image generation and editing;
  • Supabase for database and generated-image storage;
  • Creem for checkout, payment status, refunds, and chargeback events; and
  • Vercel for application hosting and delivery.

We may also disclose information in response to lawful requests, to investigate fraud or security incidents, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or transfer of business assets. We do not sell personal information for money.

5. Public content

Generated images are private by default. If you choose to publish an image to the Community Gallery, the image and associated public task details may be visible to anyone. You can withdraw or delete eligible creations from your account controls.

6. Storage, retention, and deletion

We retain account, transaction, task, and security information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, protect it, resolve disputes, and meet legal or accounting requirements. When you delete a creation, it is removed from your visible account and gallery access; related generated-image storage cleanup is performed and may be retried if a provider is temporarily unavailable. Some limited records may remain where required for security, fraud prevention, payment reconciliation, backups, or law.

7. Browser storage

AIPhotogen uses browser local storage for guest identifiers, sign-in tokens, basic profile display data, pending-task recovery, and authentication coordination. You can clear local storage through your browser settings, although doing so may sign you out or reset access to guest task history stored only on that device.

8. Security and international processing

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Our providers may process information in countries other than your own, subject to their contractual and legal safeguards.

9. Your choices and rights

You may choose not to sign in, decline to publish outputs, delete eligible creations, sign out, or clear local browser data. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of personal information. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

10. Children

The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and address the request.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service or applicable requirements change. We will post the revised version on this page and update the effective date.
